Trained attendants are often mentioned as a critical element in home care of dementia patients. This survey collects data on “wish lists” and “problems” related to trained attendants.

The survey has five questions. We use the first couple of questions to understand your caregiving context (no personal data is required), and then collect your data and suggestions on what trained attendants should know, and the problems faced, etc.

The data gathered through this survey is an ongoing valuable input for designing material for training attendants and for helping family caregivers manage attendants better.

A “trained attendant”, for the purpose of this survey, is a person (male or female) employed by a family for home care of a dementia patient, and supposedly trained for providing such care.
